When just a Kid, Renshi Robert Pepels started training the Martial Arts after seeing Bruce Lee fighting Chuck Norris in the Way of the Dragon Movie. He never became a Bruce Lee fan, but got inspired by the American Action Star Chuck Norris, a multiple Karate Champion who not only trained the Martial Arts, but also the body and mind. Chuck Norris may not be the best Karate fighter in the world, but he shure did a lot of positive promotion for the arts. It was one of Norris friends called Richard Norton that would inspire Robert to not only train the traditional systems like Karate and Kungfu but also be open minded and free of movement not to close in on one system. In the southern Netherlands Robert would be one of the first to combine many arts into his training and later on into his teachings. He allready was an assistent instructor at the age of 14. Many socalled Karate or Kungfu people do not like people to train into several Arts as they say that you can only learn 1. This is BS because you have to be open for everything that works but in the same time you can use youre own system like Karate, Kungfu or Kempo as a base-line.
